What payment methods do you accept?

All orders are processed securely through Shopify Payments. You can pay with major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also available as convenient payment options. For bulk orders, payments can be processed via Wire Transfer (T/T).

Can I request a quote for a bulk or business order?

I ordered two shelving units, but only one has arrived — and I've already received a "delivery completed" notification. Is part of my order missing?

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Products damaged during shipping can be promptly replaced through the HOMEDANT Customer Support team. You can submit a request through Support > Customer Support on our website.

What is your return policy?

Where can I find an Extra Shelf that fits my shelving unit?

You can find Extra Shelf options compatible with your current shelving unit under the Accessories tab on homedant.com. When purchasing an Extra Shelf, please make sure that the shelf type (Visible Post Hole or Hidden Post Hole), width, depth, and color all match your existing shelving unit.

Can I adjust the shelf height as needed?

Yes. The shelf height can be adjusted in approximately 1.2-inch (3 cm) increments.

What is the difference between a Standing Shelf and a Rolling Shelf?

A Standing Shelf is a stationary shelving unit, while a Rolling Shelf has wheels for easy movement. If you frequently need to move the shelf or want more flexible use in a small space, we recommend the Rolling Shelf.

What is the difference between HOMEDANT and HOMEDANT HOUSE?

HOMEDANT focuses on practical, heavy-duty storage and has visible holes on the posts, while HOMEDANT HOUSE is designed with indoor spaces and appearance in mind, with the holes hidden from view.

Can the shelf only be assembled as a 5-tier unit?

No. The standard configuration is 5 tiers, but by adding compatible Extra Shelves, you can configure it as a 6-tier or 7-tier shelf depending on your storage needs. You can find compatible Extra Shelves under Accessories > Extra Shelf.

What types of shelving products are available?

Standing Shelf / Rolling Shelf with wheels / Heavy Duty Shelf with a LiftBeam for increased load capacity / Pegboard Shelf with an integrated pegboard / Pegboard Rolling Shelf with both a pegboard and wheels

What colors are available?

The frame is available in Black or White, and the Board is a Laminated Board that can be used on either the White or Light Wood side. For custom colors, please contact global@homedant.com.

What sizes are available?

Depending on the product, various widths are available from 24.4" to 48.1". Please choose a size based on your installation space and the items you plan to store.

Is HOMEDANT made in China?

No. HOMEDANT products are manufactured in South Korea and are shipped after going through our own production facilities and strict quality control processes.

Does HOMEDANT manufacture its own products?

Yes. HOMEDANT operates its own production facilities and R&D Center in Korea, and directly manages everything from product development to manufacturing and quality control.

Can I extend the posts by connecting three sections?

No. For safety, we recommend extending the posts with no more than two sections.

Where can I find the assembly instructions or videos?

Where should I place heavy items?

Place heavy items on the lower shelves whenever possible, and distribute the weight evenly across the shelf. For tall shelving units, we also recommend using a wall anchoring device.

What size shelf should I choose?

First measure the width, depth, and height of the installation space, then check the product dimensions. When installing the shelf, allow at least 0.8–1.2 inches (2–3 cm) of clearance on both sides.

Can I use a 5-tier shelf as two lower shelving units?

Yes. Thanks to the split-post design, it can be assembled as one 5-tier shelf or as two lower shelving units with 3 tiers and 2 tiers.

Do I need bolts or nuts to assemble the shelf?

No. All HOMEDANT shelves use a boltless assembly system and can be assembled without bolts or nuts.

Can I assemble the shelf supports in different directions?

Yes. The shelf supports can be assembled in either a Basic or Basket configuration, allowing you to use them according to your needs, such as making items easier to put in and take out or helping prevent stored items from falling.

Are HOMEDANT shelves or accessories compatible with other brands?

HOMEDANT accessories are designed for designated HOMEDANT products. Compatibility with products from other brands is not guaranteed.
